Online soft starter is widely used in the crusher industry, it can be used in impact crusher, jaw crusher, cone crusher, hammer crusher and so on. Can be used on high-power host, reduce the starting current, reduce the mechanical impact. The soft starter can automatically adjust the output power of the motor according to the actual load of the crusher. When the crusher is in no-load or light-load operation, the soft starter reduces the voltage and current of the motor, so that the motor runs at a lower power, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. According to statistics, after using the soft starter, the energy consumption of the crusher can be reduced by about 10%-30%.

Air compressor

Air compressor soft starter is a special soft starter tailored for various air compressors. Installing a soft starter on the air compressor can make the air supply pressure stable, and through the pressure regulator, the air compressor can keep working under the set pressure value, the pressure is stable and reliable, and the pressure can be stepless setting and adjustable at any time. Motor to achieve soft start, compressor service life and maintenance cycle will be greatly extended. The air compressor exhaust volume is controlled by the air compressor speed, the air valve plate in the cylinder is no longer repeatedly opened and closed, and the working conditions such as the valve seat and spring are greatly improved, which avoids the sharp flow and impact of high temperature and high pressure gas, and reduces the maintenance workload.

The thyristor with an internal bypass soft starter only works during startup and switches to the contactor during operation, so it generates less heat. We have deep cooperation with Hubei Taiji, a domestic listed company, and use customized modules and thyristors, different from the generic modules supplied on the market, to improve the load capacity. Our DC contactors are also specially customized, all featuring silver contacts. The contact surface of the contacts is larger and can achieve nearly 100,000 engagement times, significantly increasing the service life.
