The application of frequency converter in conveyor system is one of the key technologies to achieve efficient and accurate material transmission and sorting

1. Multi-speed material transmission

Scenario: Transfer packages of different sizes/weights in a logistics warehouse

Realized:

Multiple sets of speed parameters (such as 30Hz/50Hz/80Hz) are preset and switched by PLC or HMI.

Combined with the photoelectric sensor to detect the package size, automatically match the speed (large low-speed anti-slip, small high-speed efficiency).

2. Precise positioning and sorting

Scenario: The express sorting center diverts parcels by destination

Realized:

Encoder feedback + inverter closed-loop control, positioning accuracy up to ±1mm.

When the package arrives at the sorting port, the inverter performs a fixed stop (DC braking + zero speed hover) in conjunction with the push rod/robotic arm action.

3. Synchronous collaborative control

Scenario: Multi-segment conveyor belt relay transmission

Realized:

Master/slave control mode: the master frequency converter sends frequency instructions, and the slave machine synchronously follows through Modbus/CANopen.

Cascade control: The rear conveyor is 5% faster than the front, avoiding the accumulation of items.

Air compressor

Air compressor inverter is a special inverter tailored for all kinds of air compressors. Variable frequency transformation of air compressor can make the gas supply pressure stable, through the pressure regulator, the air compressor can keep working under the set pressure value, the pressure is stable and reliable, and the pressure can be stepless setting and adjustable at any time. Motor to achieve soft start, compressor service life and maintenance cycle will be greatly extended. The air compressor exhaust volume is controlled by the speed of the air compressor, the air valve plate in the cylinder is no longer repeatedly opened and closed, and the working conditions such as the valve seat and spring are greatly improved, which avoids the sharp flow and impact of high temperature and high pressure gas, and the maintenance workload is reduced.
