Why does starting with a soft starter cause the MCCB to trip

During the starting process of the soft starter, there is an occasional phenomenon of tripping the air switch. The causes of the malfunction are:

The setting value of the long delay of the A-air switch is too small or the type of air switch is not matched with the motor. (Appropriately increase the parameters of the air switch or re-select the air switch)

The starting voltage parameter of the b- soft starter is set too high or the starting time is too long. (Reduce the starting voltage appropriately or shorten the starting time appropriately according to the load conditions.)"

During the starting process, due to the relatively large fluctuations in grid voltage, it is easy for the soft starter to issue incorrect instructions. The phenomenon of early bypass occurs. It is recommended that users do not start high-power motors simultaneously.
